Help :: Poor Webcam Video Quality
The quality of your webcam recordings depends on several factors, from having a fast enough internet connection to proper lighting techniques.
While we can't make your internet access any faster, we've configured our servers to work with most broadband connections. If you are having problems with choppy video quality, the first thing to do is make sure that you are not downloading any large files or streaming audio or video in another window.
Good lighting is a key ingredient in creating a successful video message. Not only can the recipient see you better, but your camera and computer have to do less work processing the image, and the video will actually appear to be smoother and of better quality.
