If you find yourself wanting to resend the same attachments or utilize the same pre-recorded videos in your Eyejot messages over and over than the new Document Library feature will probably appeal to you. It's basically a file cabinet for your videos and documents that's always online and always available for you to use. Note: This feature is for PRO Plus or PRO Enterprise users only. We designed this feature for Eyejot users that find themselves frequently attaching the same group of documents over and over and/or wanting to send the same pre-recorded video content for their messages. Imagine someone in a support role servicing the needs of many customers. Very often there's a great deal of repeat activity, answering the same or similar question over and over.

With Eyejot's Document Library a support person would now have the ability to organize important video files, PDFs and web links and then call upon them as needed. The PDFs and web links could be attached to video messages and the video files could actually be sent as the video message, replace one that might be recorded live a webcam.
