Help :: Adding Items to the Document Library

With the Document Library interface exposed (which you can do by pressing the Library button from the attachments interface or by pressing the Library icon under the recording window), you can add items by pressing the green plus (+) button. You can add any type of document you desire - office documents, photos, video files (in any format), ZIP files, PDFs, web links and more.

After you've pressed this button you'll be presented with a document type selector. You have two choices: add a document stored on your computer, by uploading it, or enter in a web address (URL).

If you want to upload a file from your computer, press the Upload button, select your file and wait for it to be uploaded or press the WWW button and enter in a URL and an optional description. You don't need to enter in http:// if you don't want to. We'll do that for you.

Please note, when uploading files into the library, the speed at which a document is uploaded is almost entirely dependent upon your Internet service and upstream bandwidth. For most users with DSL or Cable Modems, a file several megabytes in size could take several minutes to finish uploading. A progress bar, though, will offer fairly detailed information about how much time is left.
